Q: Does VideoZers charge any fee?
A: It's FREE! Watching and uploading videos are free here! Of course, if you want to enjoy our extraordinary features, you have to join our Premium membership.

Q: What's the restriction on uploading videos?
A: Adult material is prohibited on VideoZer. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Q: When can I upload videos here?
A: Once you have registered as our member, you can upload videos here whenever you like.

Q: How to share videos?
A: Click on the buttons (either email or share) inside the video player, or get the video URL from Video Manager. You can post the links on websites, forums, blog or share with whoever you like.

Q: How long can my videos be stored on VideoZer's server?
A: For premium member, your videos will be stored forever here. But if you were a free member, we will keep your videos on our server for up to 30 days after the last view.

Q: What if I paid with Paypal, but did not receive my username/password?
A: Login to the email and the spam folder you have signed up for Paypal with. If still not found it, please send an email to in the following format (we ignore email in other formats) by using the email address which you used to sign up for Paypal.
